The Government of Nepal may privatize any establishment classified for privatization by adopting any or all of the following processes:-
(a) By selling the shares of the establishment to the public, employees, workers and persons or companies interested in managing such establishment, but in this way, the public, workers and employees will participate as much as possible considering the nature and financial condition of the establishment.
(b) by co-operating,
(c) by selling the assets of the establishment,
(d) by leasing the property of the establishment,
(e) By involving the private sector in the management of the establishment,
(f) By adopting any other means deemed appropriate by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the committee.
